This application is developed and operated by Viktoryia Kazakova, an individual developer, to help users learn foreign languages by creating customizable wallpapers with translations, transcriptions, and collocations. All content, designs, and digital materials within the App ("App Content") are owned exclusively by Viktoryia Kazakova and protected under intellectual property laws.
